Recruitment policy
Scouting for talent involves welcoming Asset Management experts from all over the world.
Carmignac Gestion favours candidates with established, international experience (of at least two years) who are fluent in both French and English. We particularly value individuals with real personality, whose experience can complement that of all of our teams. Further to qualifications, we are increasingly looking for candidates who demonstrate real experience.
The presence of 20 nationalities and 6 languages in our multicultural teams encourages productive, in-depth exchanges.
With 80 new employees recruited in Europe since 2010, we have increased our ranks with professionals who are passionate about their work.
Commitment, entrepreneurial flair and a taste for challenge are character traits shared by all of the members of our team.
Integration and training
New employees immerse themselves in Carmignac Gestion’s working culture during an integration period, allowing them to find their feet in our teams.
All new arrivals take part in a “Carmignac discovery day”, when each manager introduces their part of the business. Following on from this day, each employee will have the opportunity to introduce their role in an informal setting at “teach-in” sessions, which are open to all.
Our training policy is based on three core themes: general (languages, IT, products, etc.), management and “role-specific”.
Launched in 2013, the STEP programme gives certain members of our sales teams the opportunity to spend a week in another country to share their respective working practices and experiences.
