Onboarding and training
New employees immerse themselves in Carmignac’s working culture during an onboarding period, allowing them to find their feet in our teams.
All new arrivals take part in a “Carmignac discovery day”, when each manager introduces their part of the business. Following on from this day, each employee will have the opportunity to introduce their role in an informal setting at “teach-in” sessions, which are open to all.
Our training policy is based on three core themes: general (languages, IT, products, etc.), management and “role-specific”.
